Magnificent boulders frame the creek, and quartz veins traverse throughout the water carved granite. Water flows sometimes as white water with rushing water falls but mostly as a gentle seasonal creek with pools of water surrounded by sandy beaches.

This is the perfect location for “off the beaten path” foothill living. It's 45-50 minutes NE of Fresno/Clovis area and approximately 40 minutes from Shaver Lake. The property is rustic, rugged, and beautiful, offering privacy, space and gorgeous views. The 200 acres stretch from the east side of the creek, all the way west nearly to Sycamore Road, where a non exclusive road easement, from the property to the west, has been recorded as an appurtenance to this property.

Hwy 168 East, right on Sample Road (which becomes Pitman Hill Road). Turn right on Tollhouse Road just past the Fire Station. Turn right on Burrough Valley Road and keep to the right approximately 4.3 miles to Sycamore Road. At the bottom of Sycamore Road, stay to the left through the Reservation, and at the end of the paved cul-de-sac head north on the dirt road, Vincent Fire Road, AKA Sycamore Road. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended, road is rough and with ruts. Viewing the property is by appointment only.
